UK Soul Jam - 5th July 2009 @ The Jazz Cafe!
It was a truly inspirational evening, featuring Marsha Ambrosius (Floetry), performing brand-new material, as well as old favourites such as 'Say Yes', 'Getting Late', and of course 'Butterflies'... Artists Naomi, Mandisa, Jaz Ellington and 2 Dreads + An Afro also brought their creative vibes to the Jazz Cafe... check out the gallery for new pics!

Adidas Women's 5k Challenge!
On Sunday 7th September 2008, in London's Hyde Park, Adeola ran the 5K Women's Challenge to promote awareness of the Anthony Nolan Trust and bone marrow donor registration. Hundreds of women, famous and otherwise, took part in this annual event, to raise funds for the charity of their choice.
